Every federally insured credit union reporting member-originated commercial real estate on its NCUA 5300 Call Report, with the balance it reports, whether it also does construction, and its regulatory single-borrower ceiling.

Every figure comes from a filing the institution made to its own regulator — the FDIC for banks, the NCUA for credit unions. Nothing here is a quote, a rate sheet or a stated appetite, and an institution appearing in a directory is not a statement that it will lend on your deal.
Balances are reported at institution level and are not apportioned to a state or a market, so a lender active in several places shows its whole book on each page where it appears. Where a figure is calculated rather than published — a credit union's single-borrower ceiling, for instance — the page says so and shows the derivation.
If you would rather describe a deal and be matched against the whole database at once, use Find Lenders.
